A major FMCG company (international brand) is currently looking to recruit a Compensation & Benefits specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities include; Carry out comps & Bens duties; Job grading, Salary grading, and Salary Surveys.
Requirements
- Experience: 4-5 years
- Degree educated in Business Management, HR or related field

- Salary Budget: AED20k p/m + Annual Ticket + Medical Insurance
