Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with an international oil and gas conglomerate. Due to their expanding operations in Qatar, our client is looking to hire a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to complement their HR Division.

Working alongside Senior HR Management, you will be accountable for position classification, grading systems, job description management as well as compensations and benefits programs. You will oversee the company's performance evaluation system and design including reward systems plans. Research will be incorporated into this role whereby you will be required to evaluate benefit programs and make recommendations to Senior Management.

Requirements

The successful candidate should hold a Degree in HR and have experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. You should have at least 5 years industry experience ideally within the oil and gas sector and possess strong commercial acumen. It is essential you are able to demonstrate solid leadership skills, excellent analytical skills and are tactical in your approach. Experience with SAP would be advantageous.
