The Role


An international HR and Compensation Consulting company, with its regional office in Dubai is seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to join its practice as a senior Consultant.
The role will involve working with clients and potential clients to develop best practice solutions in the field of compensation strategy, processes and policies. The role will also entail involvement in market salary surveys and related activities.

The successful candidate will have at least 7 years experience as a compensation specialist in industry and/or consulting firm. He or she will have extensive experience in working with and developing job evaluation systems, job grading and salary structures and, ideally, will have conducted salary surveys. Experience in designing incentive compensation schemes and performance-related pay systems would be a distinct advantage.

He or she must be fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic and be comfortable in a hands-on role working in a client-centred consulting role.
