The Compensation and Benefits Manager for EMEA will be responsible for the design, maintenance and administration of all compensation, benefit and reward programs, across two business units and countries, that will attract, retain and reward qualified individuals ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity and consistency.

The Compensation and Benefits Manager will be committed to a strong partnership with our clients and will work collaboratively with these groups to promote a high level of trust and respect. They will draw upon their exceptional facilitation and communication skills to achieve their objectives.

Reporting to the EMEA Director Compensation and Benefits, and working collaboratively with all Business Units, country and HR Teams, the Compensation and Benefits Manager will provide leadership and direction on the design, development, recommendation and implementation of total compensation and benefit programs which control costs, are market competitive and improve efficiency to attract and retain qualified employees.

The Compensation and Benefits Manager will network well within the business units and be committed to understanding the needs of client and business. They will be an effective team player who promotes a culture of professionalism, integrity, quality and teamwork and is committed to ongoing learning and development and sharing their knowledge with other members on the team.

Requirements

• Sales Compensation -Oversee sales compensation plans to ensure that the targets are aligned with business objectives and are achieving intended results.
• Broad-based Compensation -Oversee the salary planning, merit budget, job evaluation and salary structure components of the overall compensation system. -Initiate and manage salary surveys to ensure market competitiveness of basic workforce compensation levels.
• International Compensation -Offer guidance and support to HR teams within and across country locations regarding all compensation matters.
• Project leader –Lead compensation and benefits projects across the business and countries.
• Integration – Lead C&B integration activity for business supporting HR integration leader.
• Must have broad experience in Compensation & Benefit
• Educated to degree level
• Good Project Leader
• Strong team player who is willing to mentor others
• Experience of working in Oil & Gas industry and advantage but not essential
• Experience of handling C&B strategies for multi-location company desirable
• International experience is required
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and/or frequently deal with difficult issues related to people or situations
• The ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Analytical ability
