Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Compensation and Benefits Manager will champion, drive, and lead the Total Rewards Strategy for Al Noor Group.. Design and develop remuneration strategies based on business requirement to attract, retain and engage staff. Implementation knowledge of pay scale reviews and adjustments, merit increases, allowance reviews, bonus payment, pension provision, and other non-monetary best practices.

Developing compensation and total rewards policies and procedures that are aligned to business needs and according to the UAE labor law. Solid understanding of executive MIS reports and dashboard for presentation to senior management. Prepare and propose compensation plans to the senior management on a periodic basis to suit the business requirement.

- Drive and lead the Total Reward agenda across Al Noor Hospitals Group including Fixed Compensation, Variable Pay, Monetary Benefits and Non-Monetary Benefits
- Drive Highest Performing Teams and Team Culture
- Review business priorities and market conditions to develop a Reward strategy to drive business performance
- Act as a Change Agent through implementation of market leading practices, improvements and quality of deliverables
- Act as an internal HR Advisor to our HR teams and the business managers on rewards and remuneration
- Establish effective relationships with senior stakeholders to support and implement overall HR strategy
- Oversee monthly payroll reconciliation and outputs
- Critically analyze existing payment processes and suggest improvements
- Design compensation models based on business scenarios

Requirements

- A solid understanding of international Reward practices especially in context to the UAE
- Business process improvement and Reward systems experience
- Project management experience
- Proven ability to lead and drive change
- Ability to work and team with a variety of different people including internal clients, vendors, senior leadership and board members
- Flexibility to adjust to variety of demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences to support and influence cross cultural teams
- Healthcare Industry experience is desirable
- Knowledge of SAP ERP is a must
- Excellent quantitative and analytical ability
- Advanced excel skills
- Ability to lead and manage teams
