One of the leading leisure attractions in the UAE with a global reputation is now looking for compensation and benefits manager.

The Role

Reports to: Vice President, Talent Development and HR Administration

Job Summary:
To assist the VP, Talent Development and HR Administration to manage all remuneration and benefits programs for the Company to ensure that we remain competitive in the UAE hospitality market..

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• To implement and managing the salary bands and remuneration ranges for all position.
• Assist in formulating compensation strategy for the resort.
• To manage and monitor the benefits guidelines that has been set.
• To assist in managing all benefits such as Medical, Insurance, School fees, Accommodation, Gratuity, 401k and Service charge.
• To assist in managing all remuneration and benefits plans for all Employees.
• To assist in managing all allowances.
• To liaise with the necessary competitive set to obtain remuneration and benefits plans are in the 25th percentile.
• Ensure that we participate in all Salary Survey’s within the region.
• Manage Bonus and salary increase processes.
• Produce weekly manning update.
• Manage all requests for changes in manning within departments.
• Create and maintain exceptions book.
• Network with local hospitality HR professionals.
• To execute any other duties as assigned by VP, Talent and HR Admin.

The Person

You will have at least 5 years C&B experience from ideally a leisure or hotel background. You will be based in the UAE and be educated to degree level.
