Employment: Full Time

Our client are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits manager who must have middle east experience.

The role will include providing advise on compensation issues; provide guidance regarding compensation practices, policy interpretation and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Review of the various pay & rewards elements across the business, salary surveys, make recommendations to improve retention.

Requirements

To be suitable for this role you will need to have relevant qualifications along with at least 5 years experience within the Comps & Bens specialism and 10 years within HR. You will have expertise in Hay or similar, and have excellent IT Skills.
