Job description / Role
- To follow up the procedures of issuance of the employment and residence visas of the new recruited employees within shortest possible period in cooperation with HR Administration team.
- Prepare and develop the employment contracts according to their employment offers and company policy and prepare new employment contract for any employee whose status is changed in the company.
- Prepare and follow up procedures of termination and retirement of the employees whose service will be terminated or who will be retired by preparing their memos of termination, calculating their dues, entering their personnel actions in the system, following up cancelling their employment visas with the General Services Department, preparing their Clearance Forms and following up the payment of their ESI with Finance Department.
- Calculate, prepare, enter into the system and follow up with Finance Department the payment of school fees of children for all employees in grades (9) and above as per the company policy.
- Maintain and update the records of the employee dependants especially the employees in grades (9) and above.
- Coordinate with the General services Department for booking or payment of air tickets for all employees.
- Prepare and follow up giving warning letters to employees as per the decisions of the management or department heads.
- Prepare correspondences made from HR Department to other departments in company as requested by HR Manager.
- Participate with HR Team in entering the Personnel Actions for changing employees status in the system as per the new salary structure.
- Enter Personnel Actions for status amendment of employees (such as promotion, transfer and change of contract etc.)
- To take part in Job analysis and Job Evaluation process if and when required and should be familiar and proficient with Hay Job Evaluation system
- Doing compensation and benefits analyses and reports as and when required
Requirements
- Bachelors degree / Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years minimum experience

- Must be fluent in English
- Will be expected to make presentations in English to subordinates and Line Management
Written communication skills
- Required: Strong report writing performance required.

IT skills
- Must have a good understanding of PC based systems i.e. MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Other
- Passing Physical fitness from Abu Dhabi Health Service Co. SEHA, is mandatory.
- Physical examinations and investigations test (ADMA), will be required before working at offshore Oil and Gas Projects
