The Role


One on the world’s leading hospitality groups is currently looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.

Reporting to the Head of HR the incumbent will be responsible for all remuneration and benefits programs, you will ensure all documentation of employee data is in line with local labor laws, you will review and manage the salary bands and remunerations ranges for all positions. Working closely with the Head of HR you will develop compensation and benefits policies and strategies that will address the needs of the organization, a key focus will be implementation of the company’s bonus structure along with regular market analyze to ensure competitive and best practices in place.

The successful candidate will be required to have a recognized degree; you will need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in compensation and benefits position or alternatively a HR generalist role with a focus on rewards. Experience in the hospitality sector will be a plus. You must have strong organizational skills and enjoy working to deadlines.
