Our client is seeking a Compensation and Benifits Specialist with the following skills and experience.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:

Minimum Qualification:
• Bachelors degree qualification

Minimum Experience:
• 5-7 Years in experience in Human Resources, with 2 years in a C&B
Specialist position
• 2 Years experience in the Oil & Gas sector preferred

Job Specific Skills:
•Business skills and understanding
• High level of numeracy
• Financial awareness
• IT applications (expert user of Excel and SAP exposure preferred)
• Data collection and analysis
• High level of interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation skills.
