To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and experience: Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree qualification Minimum Experience: 5-7 Years in experience in Human Resources, with 2 years in a C&B Specialist position 2 Years experience in the Oil & Gas sector preferred Job Specific Skills: Business skills and understanding High level of numeracy Financial awareness IT applications (expert user of Excel and SAP exposure preferred) Data collection and analysis High level of interpersonal skills. Negotiation skills. |
