Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Lead the design and implementation of the Leadership Curriculum behavioral and on boarding programs throughout the market with the support of either external or internal facilitators.
- Lead and support education and training initiatives at market level thought the coordination of the ET pillars.
- Develop and assess robust education and training systems to build current and future capabilities.

Training Design and Implementation:
- Understand the training needs for the Market through engagement with the OPCs.
- Lead the design and in some cases support the Head of T&CD for behavioral skills programs by doing the necessary research based on the needs analysis, business interviews and finding the right partners/facilitators to meet the market business strategy.

Training Effectiveness:
- Apply all the levels of measuring training for key programs (currently four levels of Kirkpatricks Model)
- Ensure the right KPIs are selected during the program design in order to measure the results of training
- Work with our providers to develop tools to satisfy all levels of training measurement.

Factilitation:
- Lead the facilitation for key selected programs in Nestl Middle East Market
- Conduct Train the Trainer sessions to build the capabilities of internal NME Trainers
- Follow up on any learning intervention or program to ensure application and effectiveness of learning.

Projects:
- On Boarding design and re-design for all streams Generic, Line Manager and Transferees. In addition to consulting on the functional on boarding where necessary.
- Nestle Continuous Excellence involvelment in all the pillars, team initiatives and requirements to ensure continuous improvements
- Lead Digital Journey of Nestl Middle East and contribute to the effective use of the Learning Management System.
- Support with International Events which are held in the market related to T&CD

Requirements

- University graduate with 3 years work experience in HR and Training & Learning
- Conceptual knowledge about setting up training curricula and evaluation
- Proven track record in learning delivery, project management, change management and training coordination with the ability to engage others.
- Experience in instructional design, competency based curriculum and the use of learning technologies.
- English and Arabic are a must.
