Job description / Role
The applicant will be responsible for assisting team members manage and administer a portfolio of fiduciary transactions, with specific administrative tasks and ad-hoc project work as required. He / she will assist with updating systems, the maintenance of share registers, reviewing transaction files and documents in accordance with internal policies and procedures. He / she will assist with liaising with investment managers, arrangers, lawyers and other relevant parties concerning the set up of new business.
Requirements
The successful candidate will assist with the invoice and collections process, with relevant filings, reporting and the KYC process. He / she will be expected to proactively communicate capacity to team members and provide additional coverage to the group in the absence of others.
The successful applicant will have experience of working in a professional services firm and have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and the ability to use initiative and work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Overtime at short notice, including at weekends, may be required.
This post requires attention to detail, professionalism and excellent organisational and communication skills.
