Dubai based, Full-time Ongoing role

Part of Navitas global Source Country Office (SCO) network, Navitas Dubai was established in 2012. Dubai, along with Nairobi Office, forms the Navitas MENESA (Middle East; North, East & Southern Africa) Source Country Offices. These offices are responsible for the management of partner and stakeholder relationships; regional sales and marketing activities; and student recruitment to Navitas University Programs globally.

This role forms an integral part of the Navitas (MENESA) Group Marketing team and will be based within Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position reports to the Operations Manager MENESA & Senior Marketing Managers MENESA and will work closely across Navitas divisions within MENESA. The overall objective of the position is to drive and support the student admissions, compliance and eligibility screening of Navitas MENESA students electing to study abroad. Strong analytical, time management, systems and communication skills are required for this role, as is experience in managing administrative functions. This is an entry level position for those who are able to excel in a junior marketing and operations support role within an dynamic business and educational environment, as a member of a global industry leader.

Requirements

Essential
- Excellent/expert-level written and oral capability in the English language
- Possession of a tertiary degree level qualification (Bachelor or Masters degree) and some marketing, business administration (or related) experience
- High level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills inclusive of presentation skills
- Proven ability as a team player, able to operate independently and with little supervision a self starter able to excel at tasks and grasp concepts and instruction quickly
- Proficiency in SalesForce, Oracle or other systems and business administration databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and software
- Proficiency in marketing use of social media
- Demonstrated flexible attitude to work (e.g. in hours and content), including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment activities both locally and internationally
- Innovative thinking and proactive work habits inclusive of an eye for detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities and to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure competing demands are met
- Legal right of work and abode in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Desirable
- International work experience in the marketing, business administration, education / language sector
- International study experience
- Fluency in Arabic and/or Persian
