Compliance Analyst

Job description / Role

- As part of the Compliance function at the Bank, you will report to the Compliance Manager to ensure that the activities and businesses (such as Wholesale, Wealth and Retail etc) of all the bank's branches in the country are carried out in accordance with local rules and regulations. Your responsibilities will include assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of all controls and processes to ensure compliance with internal policies & procedures, as well as with local laws and regulations.
- This is across Retail, Corporate, Investment, Treasury and Islamic Banking. You will partner with key stakeholders of the business to advise on local laws and regulations related to general compliance needs.

Requirements

You must have a minimum of 3 years of compliance experience within banking. You must have extensive knowledge of compliance laws and regulations which meet local standards therefore having UAE experience is a must. The ideal candidate will come from a strong academic background with certifications within the field of compliance.
