Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Compliance Manager is expected to represent the Company and his/her department in major negotiations internally and externally, to ensure the timely preparation, accuracy and quality of all the Compliance department tasks, to ensure that the department employees perform their duties, make sure all resources are used in the most efficient way, and communicate effectively to the team.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
- MBA is an additional advantages
- Minimum 10 years of professional technical experience involving systems analysis required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that could provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. With a previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience in the insurance/banking sector desired.
- Excellent English
