Compliance Officer

Our client is a multinational Bank. With a 200 year history, they are a leading commercial bank in the industry in terms of assets, deposits, profits, branches, customers and employees.Our client offers a complete range of banking services through its Wholesale and Retail Branches in Bahrain. They are looking to hire a Compliance Officer for their Bahrain branch.

Responsibilities:
• Keep updated with developments to the CBB rules & regulations.
• Maintain the CBB reporting checklist, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare Summary of the CBB rulebook quarterly updates.
• Develop, update & manage all details of the compliance monitoring plans.

Requirements

Requirements for this role:
• Must be familiar with the Bahrain compliance market.
• Must have relevant qualifications & be registered with the Central Bank of Bahrain.
• Must have at the least 5 years of relevant experience within a Compliance role in a Bahrain institution.
• Must be able to speak Arabic & English to a high standard.
