Job description / Role
* To maintain over sight over international compliance in the various jurisdictions that the firm is present; ensure discharge of compliance responsibilities for the treasury division of the bank . Responsibilities;
* Replicate the Group Compliance protocols to other International compliance units across the network ; Establish weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting from intentional compliance units into Group Compliance
* Establish processes for oversight over international compliance offices
* Establish the compliance function at Group Treasury unit
* Ensure readiness of extraterritorial regulations of Dodd-Frank & European Markets Infrastructure regime.
Requirements
* Prior experience of at least 8 yrs in an international financial institution (either MNC or local bank) in a senior position with specific responsibilities & experience in Compliance oversight
* Prior experience in Treasury products
* Prior experience and working knowledge of Dodd-Frank & EMIR
* Prior experience in handling regulators
* Prior experience in AML & Sanctions
