Concept Manager

Job description / Role

Our Client – A Retail Giant based in the UAE hosting a variety of brands across the GCC and Asia is currently searching for a Concept Manager who is responsible for planning and driving the Retail Operations so as to ensure maximum sales, maximum profitability, optimum stocking, an increase in customer satisfaction and continued business growth.

Currently recruiting for:
• Concept Manager

Salary Package: 240,000 AED per annum (tax free)

Job Description:
• Prepare and participate in the preparation of sales budgets
• Maximize sales and profitability of the concept
• Formulate and implement retail strategies and procedures in discussion with the Concept Manager ,Territory Head and Concept Heads
• Control costs within budgetary guidelines
• Identify internal and external commercial opportunities
• Ensure effective Stock and Space Management
• Ensure effective Inventory and Warehouse management for the concept in the territory ( order management, stock consolidation, movement and transfer, optimum stock utilization, stock return and shrinkage)
• Ensure all the stores are in compliance with the company policy on employment and state laws, health and safety standards
