Job description / Role
Design and delivery focused architects have an established operation in UAE and Qatar, with a portfolio of large mixed use, commercial, institutional, hotel, retail and residential developments across the GCC and MENA.
With an established design and delivery teams in Abu Dhabi and Doha, they are seeking a number of new talented professionals to join their team.
A lead Concept Architect is required to follow projects from design through to full documentation for Contemporary style Architecture.
This individual will be client facing, building and leading a team of contemporary designers to produce creative concepts and presentations for client presentations.
This individual will ideally be in the GCC right now, or have had previous GCC experience in a Lead Conceptual Designer capacity.
Requirements
With around 15 years experience post graduation of a Architecture Degree, this individual will be working within a consultancy environment and have followed large scale projects from conceptual design to documentation.
Expertise and knowledge of GCC building codes and regulations is required, with strong communication skills for client and external party communication. The ability to drive an internal team encouraging productivity and team work/ethos.
