Would you like to be part of a vibrant customer service team and represent one of the most prestigious shopping centers in the region? Due to continuous success demonstrated by the growing number of shoppers and customers, Festival Center, Dubai Festival City's Shopping Center is looking to take on additional Concierge Service Assistants to be based in the shopping mall. Being at the fore front, you will be responsible for providing support and general information to customers whether internal or external. You will be required to demonstrate a very high level of knowledge, portray a five-star standard of service and be able to maintain professionalism at all times. Queries and requests from customers could vary in nature therefore on the job training will be provided. You will also play an active role during promotions, festivals and marketing campaigns to ensure all customers are made aware of these exciting events. |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidates who wish to apply and who will be considered will: • Be customer driven • Have previous experience in a customer focused role whether in a bank, hotel, shopping center, or any other service related industry • Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic • Be willing to work shift hours • Demonstrate a high level of initiative, motivation and professionalism Applicants who do not meet the above criteria will unfortunately be declined this opportunity. |
