Job description / Role
Our client is a prominent event organizer with a leading portfolio of exhibitions, conferences and workshops across a variety of industry sectors. They are looking to hire a Conference Producer to work on a set group of conferences.
This role is accountable for conducting research in the required field. You will also contribute to as well as set a detailed programme with speakers and topics. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments including marketing and delegate sales to streamline the process and image. You will be required to produce all aspects of the event on time and to budget.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be educated to Degree level and have experience within a commercial environment, ideally with exposure to events or conferences in a B2B environment. You should be based in the UAE, understand the market in this region and have an eagerness to learn and contribute to producing world class events. It is essential you have telephone based research skills. Content will be written in English, therefore competency in written English is essential as well as exceptional communication skills.
