The RoleThe RoleConstruction Contracting specialist: We are looking for a lawyer/ legal professional/ engineer with legal experience. The candidate shall have a minimum of 5 years experience in the contracting sector as a Legal Advisor/Consultant/Claim Manager. Main work tasks will consist in providing legal and technical support and advisory for the group of companies involved in the different areas of the construction business. His scope of work shall include the drafting, reviewing and advising on tendering documents and process, contracts, assisting the technical team during the execution phase and advise, draft and follow up on claims and other legal/technical matters, conflict, dispute, litigation, arbitration that might arise during the process. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe candidate must have: - A construction background - Willing to work hard. - Very fluent in English and Arabic . - Deep understanding of legal and commercial issues - Experience in international environment an advantage (but no knock-out criteria) |
