Job description / Role
Parsons is providing design and construction supervision and management services to community development infrastructure and housing across Saudi Arabia.
Currently we are seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to join our growing team in Jeddah,Saudi Arabia.Preferably you should have minimum 15 years of overall experience including minimum 7-9 years of experience in the capacity of contracts manager with an international engineering consultant.
Previous experience in a western country in pre & post award stage of contracts experience preferred.
Requirements
Skills:
Strong knowledge of consultancy agreements, EPC, EPCM, Design and Construction, DCM, BOOT & FIDIC forms of contracts and claims.
Arabic language skill will be an advantage.
Desirable Qualification:
Bachelor degree in civil engineering / quantity surveying/law or business admin.
PMP certified.
