Construction Director - Operations
Location: Qatar

Exciting Very Senior Level Construction Role to oversee a number of Major Projects for an Major Contractor in Qatar, projects will include High Rise, Mixed Use, Retail and other major building projects. The role will involve overseeing the running of major project and getting involved in winning and staffing new projects. Ensuring that the Project Directors are successfully delivering their projects on time and to the right quality and cost supporting them where necessary to achieve this.

Essential Requirements:
Degree Qualified
20 years experience with leading contractors
Worked for Blue Chip international companies in a similar role
Senior Manager with a proven track record of delivering major and multiple projects successfully
Middle East Experience
Major Projects Experience
Stable track record in a Senior Management role
Fluent Arabic Speaker

Requirements

Candidate:
This role will suit an experienced senior manager with an excellent track record on major projects who is experienced in managing a number of projects whilst working closely with the Senior Managers to ensure the successful start up of new projects and then ensure they are run efficiently, on time and within budget, through the successful management of the delivery team
