Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Deliver high quality Construction Industry based HSE training
- Ensure all course objectives are met and propose improvements where shortfalls identified
- Administer participant course end tests and assessments and evaluation forms

In liaison with relevant supervisor, identify and follow up on new training requirements with clients
- Be currently updated with the latest construction industry standards within their area of expertise
- Assist in the design and development of new courses
- Assist in the marketing of courses

Requirements

- Diploma in a relevant subject
- NEBOSH International General Certificate
- Internationally recognised Instructor qualification or CITB qualified preferred. PTTLLS, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Holds an Assessor qualification, TAQA or equivalent
- Holds a trade within the Construction Industry
- Worked in a Supervisory position in the Construction Industry or Oil and Gas Industry
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a trainer in the relevant industry
- Be able to speak English and Hindi languages
- Willing to travel and work in any GCC country as required
- Must possess a valid Driving Licence.
