Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Deliver high quality Scaffolding training
- Be aware of all practical elements of scaffolding
- Ensure all course objectives are met and propose improvements where shortfalls identified
- Administer participant course end tests and assessments and evaluation forms

In liaison with relevant supervisor, identify and follow up on new training requirements with clients

- Be currently updated with the latest construction industry standards within their area of expertise
- Assist in the design and development of new courses

Requirements

- Able to evidence at least of 5 years advanced knowledge and experience in scaffolding
- At least 3 years experience as a scaffolding trainer
- Internationally recognised Instructor qualification or CITB qualified preferred. PTTLLS, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Holds an Assessor qualification, TAQA or equivalent
- NEBOSH International General Certificate desirable
- Internal Verifier (IV) qualified desirable
- Has held a Supervisory position in the Construction or Oil and Gas Industry
- Be able to speak, read and write English
- Be able to speak Hindi (Highly desirable)
- Willing to travel and work in any GCC country as required
- Must possess a valid Driving Licence.
