Construction Manager

- Review interior drawings, BOQ, and specifications and check consistency with site conditions and other trades.
- Manage shop drawing review process with contractors and interior designer.
- Manage Request for Information (RFI) from contractors
- Review contractors construction schedule, track progress, and flag delays.
- Monitor contractors material delivery and adequacy of resources at site.
- Coordinate contractors logistics (access, power, water, etc.)
- Manage Hand-Over Take-Over process between interior and MEP contractors.
- Conduct QC inspections on materials and workmanship.
- Ensure contractors compliance with health & safety manual & regulations.
- Manage de-snagging and hand-over to operator
- Coordinate with QS team for bill certification and variations.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech (Civil) with minimum 10 years of experience in managing all construction activities for hotel or high-end building projects.
- Very good technical knowledge of interior works: materials, works sequencing, workmanship.
- Ability to review drawings and resolve technical issues at site.
- Good understanding of MEP works and their coordination with interiors.
- Able to schedule interior works, and their coordination with civil and MEP works (MS Project knowledge is a plus).
- Good leadership skills, ability to lead a team.
- Proficient in MS Word and ability to read/use AutoCad drawings.
- Good interpersonal and English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Ability to prepare Minutes of Meeting.
