The Role

Construction Manager - Healthcare / Hospitals Programme

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager on a Healthcare Programme of works, which includes multiple projects.

Responsible for the delivery of all site wide construction activities, through the supervision of all packages and relevant sub consultants and contractors.

Review and report project status with regards to all works to the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.

Responsible for ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget and to our very high quality standards.

Requirements

Required Experience

- 14-20 years post-graduation experience in construction or engineering.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Experience in coordinating and managing multiple parties and stakeholders.
- Able to build, develop and integrate within teams.
- Major Healthcare or Hospitals experience is essential.

Education

- Bachelors Degree Qualification in a Construction or Engineering related profession is essential.
- Must have a minimum of 14 years Post Graduate experience.
- Chartered status or Member of a professional institution, preferred.
