Construction Manager - Finishes

Our client, a leading global contractor who has an outstanding reputation for success and has worked on some of the worlds prestigious landmark projects worldwide are currently seeking a Construction Manager - Finishes to join them on an iconic luxury hotel project based in Egypt.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire construction, and your duties will include monitoring of site activities in terms of Quality, Safety and Progress and advising the Project Director of any findings or concerns.

Reviewing periodic reports, communicate with the Project Director continuously regarding project progress.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related subject
- Minimum of 15 years experience with extensive Construction Management experience, including successful project completion and hand-over.
- Significant knowledge and proven leadership experience gained from an engineering consultancy background, having managed construction projects along with a thorough knowledge of project management processes and systems.
- Previous experience working on hotel / resort / hospitality projects
- Good working knowledge of design review & technical review skills
- Excellent communication and verbal skills
- UAE / Middle East working experience is preferred but not essential.
