Construction Manager - Finishes

Immediate requirement:

Our client is a leading Saudi Arabian main contractor owned by one of most prominent families in the Kingdom.

They are currently engaged on a 500 million dollar commercial complex consisting of 4 20 storey and several medium sized towers.

The shell and core has been completed and the project is coming to the finishing stages.

They require a construction manager/project manager to manage the finishing aspects of one of the towers. The finishing aspects of the towers have little repetition due to the interior design of the towers. The project will run 24 hrs. for the next 12 months.

Requirements


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, have minimum of 15 years’ experience, worked in the gulf region, and have a proven track record of completing mega projects. You be capable of planning works, pushing sub-contractors, controlling sequences, management of construction managers, foremen and site engineers.

A generous tax free package is on offer with transport and accommodation is provided. The position is immediate and the successful candidate will be on the ground in Saudi within 1 month.
