Job description / Role
Active participant in the preconstruction phase of the project working closely with the relevant internal departments, external Consultants, Landlord, Local Authorities and the Client ensuring that the project parameters are closely adhered to and targets are met.
Management of site operations during the construction and post-construction phases of the project ensuring that there is adequate resource/transportation for the project duration.
Material procurement planning, tracking and reporting.
Weekly project status reporting to the Client and respective project members on the various project deliverables aligned to Summertown’s reporting structure.
Lead stakeholder in ensuring HSE Compliance and ISO best practices are employed and maintained.
Weekly status reporting to the Projects Team on project related matters in the form of minuted meetings and documented reporting.
Requirements
Must be willing to work or live in Abu Dhabi
Diploma in Project Management, Construction or Engineering
Minimum 5 years on site experience in turnkey interiors or construction industry
Turnkey interiors and joinery knowledge
Experienced in reading and interpreting detailed shop drawings
