Job description / Role
My client are currently looking for a Construction Manager with a fit-out / internals bias.
They are currently building a multi-million dhs mixed-use project in Doha that consists of residential apartments, commercial units and a hotel.
The chosen candidate will assist the PM and will manage a high quality fit out package on the project, overseeing a small team of Site Manager / Sub Contractors.
Requirements
- Have experience managing the internals / fit out of prestigious projects for a contractor in the Middle East.
- Be degree qualified (ideally)
- Have experience working on hotel projects (Desired)
- Be able to demonstrate good stints with previous employers.
