Job description / Role
Seeking a Construction Manager with Min 10 yrs exp in high end Commercial, Retail, and Hospitality fit outs
Attention to detail, concern for quality, good knowledge of building material and well developed financial acumen
GCC experience is essential and prefer candidate already based in UAE
Knowledge and exp in managing a team for the full scope of interior fitout works inluding MEP, civils and finishing activities
Candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of medium to large scale interior fit out projects including procurement, site management and subcontractor management
Requirements
minimum 10 years experience in construction management of high end interior fit out projects
Attention to detail, concern for quality, good knowledge of building material and well developed financial acumen
strong and assertive personality, ability to lead a team and work under pressure
GCC experience essential
