This excellent opportunity is for a Construction Manager to join an International Design practice currently operating on projects in Saudi Arabia. My client deliver the master planning of entire communities, specialising in the design of large-scale commercial developments.

Our client are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to come on board their teams and work on a large-scale Mall project already underway in the area of Riyadh, KSA. The successful candidate will have a number of responsibilities on site and will be carrying out some of the below duties.

DUTIES:
- Reporting to the Project Manager
- Managing the construction activities on site
- Carrying out site visits
- Ensuring all construction works are being carried out in line with stringent time schedules
- Attending and being involved in regular project meetings

Requirements

The successful client will be expected to have 15+ years experience within the construction sector.

The other requirements for this role are:
- Experience managing and working on large-scale build projects
- Previous retail/mall experience is essential
- BSc or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Previous GCC experience is essential, ideally 5+ years and KSA experience is a bonus
