Construction Manager - Marine - Beach - 30-35k QAR Package

Our client is a growing Qatari contractor with underwater and marine construction projects ongoing in Qatar. Currently they are one of the leaders in building the Lusail City project in Qatar.

They are seeking a construction manager to lead a construction project on a beach in Lusail City. Marine construction experience is required, but this is NOT typical underwater contracting, as the project is taking place on a beach.

Duties:
- Reports to Project Director.
- Responsible for managing site team and training and development.
- Financial and budgetary control.
- Managing all site paperwork.
- Interact and liaise with the client.
- Oversee project that is behind a bund wall which must later be removed in order to flood the beach.

Requirements

- Previous contracting management experience.
- Marine construction experience required.
- Construction experience with beach environment preferred.
-Western nationals preferred.
- GCC experience preferred.
- Must be able to work in Qatar, no NOC issues.
