Job description / Role
To lead the construction management on a major Bridge and Tunnel project liaising regularly with the client but also closely managing the contractors on site to ensure the smooth running and successful completion of the project. This is an exciting opportunity to take a key role on a major project and ensure its successful delivery from inception to completion.
Requirements
Essential Candidate Requirements:
Well established degree qualified construction manager with a track record of managing major bridge or tunnel projects. Background will be on international standard projects either with blue chip contracting companies or construction management organisations. Must have held a client facing role previously and delivered a major project from beginning to end.
Minimum 15 years’ post degree experience within the construction sector required.
Individual Personal Attributes:
You will be a team player with the ability to manage others, be an exceptional multi-tasker and have natural time management skills. You must be able to use your own initiative and be fluent in written and spoken English.
