Job description / Role
Our client is a leading international construction company who have an excellent reputation and a track record of working on some major projects in Qatar. They have recently been awarded a number of large heavy civil engineer projects and are looking to recruit people with experience in the construction of water tanks, reservoirs, reinforced concrete heavy structures, climbing formworks, concrete pilings, infrastructure, waterproofing systems. The role will involve producing construction plans and manpower histograms with shuttering cycle schedules. You will be responsible for a large team of construction staff, site health and safety, quality control and budgetary issues.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree in civil engineering and should have at least 20 years experience in heavy civil engineering construction projects.
Candidates should have worked in a managerial capacity and should have experience of water tanks, reservoirs, reinforced concrete heavy structures, climbing formworks, concrete piling, infrastructures, waterproofing systems.
Candidates should have experience of managing large teams of construction staff, quality control, health and safety and managing budgets.
