The RoleThe RoleExperienced Construction Managers are sought to join one of the most established construction and development companies in Istanbul to work on major projects across Turkey and neighbouring countries. Some of the projects they are involved with include hospitals, mixed-use buildings, commercial high rise, and high spec residential in excess of $200 million. Employed as a Construction Manager you will be based on site ensuring it runs to program and budget on a 5 star hotel/resort development which is in excess of USD 250 Mil in value. Part of the role will be to work in conjunction with the design, estimating and construction teams. The role demands strong leadership to achieve required outcomes, and high performance standards. |
RequirementsRequirementsAs the ideal applicant, you will have: •A tertiary qualification in Construction / Engineering •Experience of running major projects over $200 million in value •Previous experience of managing large site teams •Excellent time management •Very good written and verbal communication •Appropriate IT skills You will be rewarded with an attractive salary package along with the opportunity to work on some of Turkey's most exciting construction projects.
