Construction Manager - Abu Dhabi

My client is looking to hire a Construction Manager to ensure the implementation of construction procedures, plans and schedules for execution of the construction work scope associated with the Early Works project.

You will manage the EPC contractor in the execution of construction activities for the Early Works and the safe and timely completion of these activities to meet Company requirements.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for the implementation and monitor a constructability program with the EPC Contractor. Ensure quality of constructed facilities in accordance with project contractual requirements and ensure the effectively liaison and co—ordination by EPC Contractor between construction and commissioning activities during Systems Completion Phase.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have the following:

- University degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural) or a similar discipline.
- M. Tech or MBA in Construction Management
- Hands on experience of not less than 15 years of relevant experience working large petrochemical industries /plants in an EPC environment.
- Experience with planning tools & software
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Organizational skills
- Analytical skills
