Job description / Role
• Implementing the Project HSE Policy and Procedures.
• To support Project Manager in smooth progress and successful completion of Projects.
• Process control as per documented procedures.
• Establish and maintain work environment needed to achieve service conformity maintaining inspection & test status of at all stages.
• To forecast requirements related to complete the project on hand, inclusive of workers, materials and equipment.
• Handle planning, design review, engineering, coordination etc. of the Project.
• To report to the Project Manager regarding the progress of the work and also if deviation occurred, in coordination with Project Planner.
• Coordination with Planner and WSD for all resource requirements.
• Responsible for control of materials, equipment & all other properties at site.
• Cooperate with Quantity Surveyor for effective valuation of the Projects.
• Responsible for the payroll of his Project’s labors.
• Responsible for submitting daily, weekly and monthly report of his Project to the management.
• Approval of all material requisition orders.
• Control of labor on the site.
• Implementing Quality Management System in the Project.
• Responsible for achieving the Project objectives and targets.
• Maintaining Records and documents as per Project Management.
• Control of externally hired plant.
• Coordination with Plant Department for plant resource requirements.
Requirements
• BSc in Civil Engineering or a related field as minimum
• Master Degree is desirable
• 10 years min. of experience in construction industry with min. 5 years in the GCC
• Knowledge of Qatar construction market.
• Expertise with MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
