Construction Manager
Location: Doha Qatar
Role:
The role will be to act as the lead Construction Manager reporting to the Project Director on a major building and infrastructure project. It will entail managing the smooth running of the project site on a day to day basis to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time and schedule to the required quality standard. The role will suit someone that has worked as a Construction Manager for a leading international Contractor previously on major projects either in the building and infrastructure sector.
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
• Qualified to degree level
• Proven track record as a Construction Manager on major Projects in the Middle East or Europe.
• Worked for Blue chip international contractor
• Acted as a Construction Manager on projects from inception to completion
• Building projects experience with a variety of project types across multiple sectors
• Stable track record must have stayed with companies for at least 2 projects from beginning to end
