Our client are one of the worlds largest, most recognised and respected Consultancies, that provide services across the whole built environment and project life cycle. With a professional headcount over 15,000 personnel operating in over 60 countries, our client have delivered some of the most recognised projects.
Our client have been managing projects in the middle east for over 50 years, their office in Doha - Qatar has been awarded some of the most prestigious multi billion dollar projects in the country.
The average project is worth in excess of 1bn dollar, with a life line of over 5 years - projects are within the construction, rail and heavy civils/infrastructure sector.
Our client are providing Project Management and Cost Management services on their assigned schemes.
The initial project is a multi billion dollar mixed use development and they are seeking to recruit a Construction Manager to manage various Infrastructure elements - roads - highways - bridges - sewerage treatment plants - drainage and pipelines. You will be managing and overseeing the works carried out by the main contractor and ensure compliance in terms of time budget and quality. You will be working alongside the Project Manager and report back progress to the clients and work with the assigned architectural and engineering firms.
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Over 10 years experience with international experience in the GCC, Middle East or Asia
- Working currently as a Construction Manager or Project Manager
- Worked for a leading consultancy project management firm or on the client developer side
