Job description / Role
My client are one of the worlds leading Principal Main Contractors who have in their 120 year history delivered iconic projects across all continents within the Building and Infrastructure sectors.
With over 10,000 globally they are renowned for their expertise in design and build as for using highly innovative methods of constructions. Our client has been in the GCC region for over 20 years and have recently be awarded a multi million dollar mixed use development project in Doha Qatar.
We are currently seeking to recruit a Construction Manager who has experience of managing Interiors Fit Out elements of hotel and hospitality related projects.
You will be working on one of the key landmark projects within the GCC.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma qualified in Civil Engineering
- At least 20 years experience
- Ideally GCC experience
- Hotel - Leisure - Hospitality Experience
- Interiors - Fit Out Experience
- Currently working as a Project Manager Construction Manager or Section Manager
