Job description / Role
Our client is seeking a Construction Manager to join their organisation. This role will be reporting to the Project Manager. He will be directly managing a team of General Superintendents, Superintendents, Section Leaders and General Foremen.
The individual will be responsible for delivering sections or projects within time and quality requirements while adhering to the company's quality and HSSE guidelines. In addition, he will be ensuring required quality standards are met, works are progressing safely, implementing the company's HSE policies and organizing the efficient distribution of the resources on site.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree (Civil / Mechanical)
- 10 years experience in site construction
- Knowledge of KSA construction market
- Must have experience within the Airports/Aviation industry
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
