Construction Manager

Job description / Role

We are looking for a Construction Manager to work for a Construction Company in Oman.

Job Responsibilities:
- Health Safety and Environmental
- Quality Control
- Interfacing
- Direct all aspects of the day-to-day execution of the project, and you monitor and coordinate work performed by superintendents and skilled workers
- Head various civil, earthwork teams at site
- Install and organize the construction site (logistics, materials, and people)
- You select, audit and supervise subcontractors
- You plan the resources
- You lead, coach and manage several skilled and experienced site execution staff
- Quality Control
- Interfacing
- Head various civil, earthwork team at site

Requirements

- Desired Candidate Profile
- 15 years plus (Civil Experience) experience in Oil and Gas and Civil (Infrastructure) projects in Gulf Countries.
- Ability to execute Challenging project
- Working experience with world class client
- Bachelor Status
