Job description / Role
Responsible to Project Manager.
You will be responsible for all construction activities at site, ensuring that all construction activities are being carried out as per the approved shop drawing, Method statement and complies with the project specifications.
Coordination with Project Staff regarding site progress, arrangement of resources like Manpower & materials as per the project requirements.
Ensure that required resource (s) is (are) available to the Construction to allow progress to be maintained in line with program.
Ensure that quantities of completed work items are agreed with the Contractor /Consultants.
Identify problematic design issues and make recommendations that support engineering procedure as well as ensure the construction schedule is maintained.
Ensure Safety best practices are being utilised during all site activities
Requirements
High Rise /Towers experience in the GCC is essential
Bachelor of Engineering or diploma in Civil Engineering
Construction Manager / Head. Ability to manage and extensive knowledge on Project Execution in Construction activities
