Construction Manager - Lusail Entertainment Island Doha

The project involves construction of an entertainment island which includes 4-5 star hotel buildings ranging in height from 2-12 floors, resorts, cinemas, clubs, theme parks as well as public parks.
Part of the wider 2030 vision for Lusail City the Entertainment Island is a key component to the plan and a very exciting project to be part of.

The Construction Manager will;
Plan, direct, coordinate and manage construction activities in assigned project area to ensure project progress and completion in accordance with overall project plan. Coordinate consultants and contractors in the assigned area to keep project compliant with Budget, Schedule, Quality and HSE requirements. Ensure Corporate Construction Procedures are followed.

Requirements

Min. Qualification Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction. or other Construction related Degree. with professional accreditation and qualification in PMP, MRICS, MICE or other.
8 years within a PMC / Construction Management environment.
15-20 years post-graduate experience with 8 year in major project design and construction.
Experience in Entertainment, Leisure, Hospitality, Museum and related projects preferable or equivalent experience in other complex projects, such as major shopping malls/retail complexes, cultural buildings, hospitals, airports etc.
Ability to identify potential problems and propose solutions. Ability to team build, organize staff and prioritize work.
Ability to work well within and lead a construction team. team of mixed nationalities.

Package to 50K QR max, per month, plus Healthcare, and Holiday allowance, 5 day working week, as consultancy PMC role.

This role will develop into a PM role for the right candidate.
