Employment: Full Time

We are currently representing a region-wide Construction Company across the Middle East. They are recruiting for a Construction Manager for a large mixed-use project in Doha, Qatar.
The Construction Manager is responsible for managing the site execution.
This is a permanent position, with a growing player in the market, and a real potential for career progression.

Construction Manager Responsibilities:
Ensure works are set out in accordance with drawings and program requirements
Ensure that the project is constructed in line with design, budget and schedule parameters
Organise construction staff, directing Foreman and Site Engineers and liaising in respect to field problems and technical matters
Issue and manage daily and weekly programs, and provide weekly progress reports
Manage daily inspection program
Liaise with sub-contractors: setting out requirements, means and methods
Co-ordinate with consultant representatives for inspection of works

Requirements

Construction Manager Requirements
Minimum of 10 years supervisory/management experience
Mixed-use experience (malls, hotels, high-end finishes)
Extensive construction knowledge (technology, equipment, means, methods)
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, or similar
Arabic speaking is preferred
