The RoleThe RoleConstruction Manager – Qatar – $Excellent per month + package The Company This Construction Manager’s is with one the Middle East’s leading main contractors. They are very well established and have a highly regarded international management team. They have a current position available on a $30m construction project for the US Army Corps of Engineers. The Role You will be a site based and site oriented manager who is in charge of the day to day activities on the project. • Ensuring that the sub-contractors are performing as to the agreed programme. • Working alongside the QA Manager ensuring that sub-contractors are delivering the desired levels of quality in a timely fashion. • Working alongside the Safety Manager ensuring that working conditions are safe and that the health and safety plan is being adhered to. • Representing the main contractor at any relevant meetings It is highly desirable is you have worked on US Army Corps projects previously.
