Job description / Role
Construction Manager – Qatar – $Excellent per month + package
The Company
This Construction Manager’s is with one the Middle East’s leading main contractors. They are very well established and have a highly regarded international management team. They have a current position available on a $30m construction project for the US Army Corps of Engineers.
The Role
You will be a site based and site oriented manager who is in charge of the day to day activities on the project.
• Ensuring that the sub-contractors are performing as to the agreed programme.
• Working alongside the QA Manager ensuring that sub-contractors are delivering the desired levels of quality in a timely fashion.
• Working alongside the Safety Manager ensuring that working conditions are safe and that the health and safety plan is being adhered to.
• Representing the main contractor at any relevant meetings
It is highly desirable is you have worked on US Army Corps projects previously.

Requirements
The Requirements
Minimum 10 years experience in similar role
Construction Relate Degree
For Qatar candidates, NOC is a must
