Job description / Role
This position is required for a leading Civil Construction Contractor for its construction project based in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for a Construction Manager with the Civil background and High Rise / Residential / Commercial Project Experience.
Compensation & Benefits: TAX FREE Lumpsum Salary, Medical and other benefits.
Responsibilities:
1. Manages execution site construction phase for assigned projects.
2. Manages the resource requirements for assigned projects.
3. Works closely with the Project Manager to control and construction phases, schedules and plans for the various elements of the assigned projects.
Requirements
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role preferably as a Construction Manager.
2. Minimum 10 years overall Civil industry experience.
3. Minimum 5 years working in the Middle East region on High Rise / Residential / Commercial Projects.
